BUDGET NEWS 2026/27: Getting our Kids Home Sooner and Safer

Improving safety for our children is a top priority. Students attending Jamboree Heights State School and Good News Lutheran School will soon benefit from a new pedestrian crossing point on Permain Street and Horizon Drive. 

If you're walking, scooting, cycling or using a pram, these upgrades will make it safer with improvements including: new kerb ramps, a pedestrian splitter island and refreshed road markings.
