Ever wondered why we have so little graffiti? For over two decades, the Jindalee Rotary Club’s Anti-Graffiti program has been at the forefront of our battle against graffiti. Every fortnight, committed volunteers patrol our suburbs, armed with a graffiti-removing ute, swiftly eliminating unsightly tags and markings. With on-going support from Brisbane City Council and Future Auto Sumner Park, this initiative has left an enduring impact on our community.
The Jindalee Rotary Club has been nothing short of exceptional, and their dedication to our community is truly appreciated. If you’re eager to join this extraordinary team as a volunteer, please contact them at secretary.jindalee@rotary9620.org
Have you spotted graffiti in our suburbs? A simple call to our office at 3407 7000 or an email to
jamboree.ward@bcc.qld.gov.au ensures swift removal or provides access to a FREE Graffiti Removal Kit.
In case of graffiti on your property, we strongly advise reporting the incident to the Queensland Police via Policelink (131444) before considering removal. This is vital, as the evidence collected is integrated into the TAG database—a robust tool used by the Council and Queensland Police to collect, analyse, and track graffiti incidents and offenders, thereby facilitating investigations and legal action.
